Regarding the two-stage payment method

  This website adopts the following two-stage payment method:

  First stage payment

    Please pay for the goods and domestic shipping fees in China when placing an order.

  Second stage payment

    1. After the goods arrive at our company's warehouse in China, international shipping fees will be calculated and your account billing amount will be notified.
    2. Please make payment within 3-5 days after notification.
    3. After payment, the goods enter the domestic delivery procedures in USA.

Request or refund for additional shipping fees

  The following situations may result in additional requests or refunds:

  When additional billing occurs

    If the actual invoice weight exceeds the estimated weight, the system will notify additional shipping fees.
    Example: Please pay for the estimated weight of 5kg, the actual requested weight of 6kg, and the shipping fee for the shortfall.

  When a refund occurs

    If the actual invoice weight is lower than the estimated weight, we will automatically refund the difference to the BuyAnySee account balance within 72 hours.
    Example: Estimated weight of 8kg, actual claimed weight of 7kg → refund the difference.

Matters needing attention

    1. The importance of weight confirmation: There may be weight differences after ordering, please confirm the customer's order history.
    2. Volume basis: Lightweight but bulky packaging is suitable for volumetric weight.
    3. Be careful not to forget to make the payment: If you choose a two-stage payment, please make sure to pay the international shipping fee after the goods arrive at the Chinese warehouse. If payment is not made, delivery procedures may be delayed.
