  How long does it take from application to product delivery?

    1. If 1688 (Alibaba), Taobao, Weidian is available, the product will usually arrive at our Chinese warehouse within 2-4 days.
2. After receiving the product, we will conduct a simple inspection and arrange for delivery to Japan.
3. Depending on the mode of transportation, it usually takes 3 to 10 days to arrive at your designated address.

  Will there be customs duties?

    1. Customs duties may be incurred when clearing customs in Japan. The cost will be borne by the customer.

  Can I sell daigou products in Japan?

    1. Products on 1688 and Taobao are sold in China, so they may not comply with domestic laws and standards in Japan.

  What is customs inspection?

    1. Packages shipped overseas must go through customs. Customs inspections of luggage are conducted randomly.
2. If inspection is required, customs may contact the recipient and ask for documents.
3. If you do not do this, your package may be returned or discarded, and you will be responsible for the relevant costs.

  Can I return the product if it is a fake?

  About returns of packages sent to Japan

    If the item is returned due to an unknown address or refusal to receive, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and re-shipping costs.
