1. How Long Will the Seller Deliver the Ordered Goods?
The sellers’ delivery time: Generally Chinese domestic Taobao sellers will send out the delivery within 3~7 days (except for part of the customized products and pre-order items)
Jingdong, Amazon self-running logistics will deliver items on the same day of purchasing (not self-running, franchised merchants send out delivery within 3-5 days)
The actual duration depends on the seller.
2. Can my BuyAnySee order be canceled or returned for a refund?
1. In the "Under Review" status, you can click "Cancel Order" on the corresponding order on the User Center - Purchasing Order page, and the money will be immediately returned to the available balance of your BuyAnySee account;
2. In the "Order Received" status, you can click "Consult" on the corresponding order on the User Center - Purchasing Order page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact online customer service to inform you that you need to cancel the order. As long as the order is not paid when your cancellation request is accepted, the buyer will cancel the order and refund you within 1 working day, and the money will be returned to the available balance of your Buyanysee account;
3. In the "Ordered" status, you can click "Consult" on the corresponding order on the User Center - Purchasing Order page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact online customer service to inform you that you need to cancel the order. Our procurement application will be made to the seller. If the seller has not shipped the goods, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the available balance of your Buyanysee account after the seller confirms the refund. It usually takes 3-5 days to complete the refund;
4. In the "shipped" status, you can click "Consultation" on the corresponding order on the user center - purchasing order page to inform the purchaser that you need to cancel the order as soon as possible, or contact online customer service to inform you that you need to cancel the order. If the seller has not actually shipped the goods, the buyer will apply for a refund from the seller. After the seller confirms the refund, the corresponding amount will be returned to the available balance of your Buyanysee account, which usually takes 3-5 days; if the seller has actually shipped the goods, You need to wait until the goods arrive at the Buyanysee warehouse before returning them to the seller for refund. In this case, it usually takes 7-15 days.
5. Within 5 days after "Into the warehouse", you can click "Refund/Return" on the corresponding order on the User Center - Purchasing Order page to apply for a return. Our purchasing will apply to the seller, and it depends on whether the seller agrees. We will return the goods for you as soon as possible. The returned courier number will be displayed on the corresponding order. After the seller receives the goods and returns the money for the goods to us, the corresponding amount will be returned to the available balance of your BuyAnySee account. Generally, it requires 7--15 days, depending on the time the seller confirms the refund;
3.How to check logistics information after the package was sent out?
After the parcel is shipped, you can log into your Buyanysee account, enter the user center, click "Parcel", and view "Tracking Details" on the parcel you wanna track.
You can also track parcel logistics information through 17TRACK or the official logistics route website.

Reminder: International logistics involves multiple transits, logistics information update will have a certain lag, and there will be updating delayed (International small package is a typical example).
4.What do I do if there is something wrong after I received?
1. Whether the parcel has clearly broken or damaged mark, receivers should check the parcel in front of the postman and sign with remarks or reject to accept.
2. If the parcel is not signed in front of the postman and the parcel has damaged or broken, please keep the original package (and sealed). Invoice, actual photo and other related evidences would need to be provided to us within 2 working days after it is delivered, we will negotiate with the local post office for compensation.
3.If there has been a quality issue after you have used the product for a while, as long as the product is still within the quality assurance period, and you have original proof of purchase and product quality assurance card, you can entrust BuyAnySee. We can help you to contact Chinese mainland merchant to refund / exchange.
1).Because each retailer / manufacturers have their special principles and ways to processing problems in the quality issue of the goods (commodity quality assurance card note is effective), BuyAnySee cannot guarantee the manufacturer can fully satisfy your requirements, but will do our best to strive for your interests to make you satisfied.
2).BuyAnySee provides this agent service and do not charge any service fees, but you need to cover the return delivery fee. BuyAnySee reserves the right to refuse to serve as a commodity agent that does not meet the quality assurance conditions.
4. please describe your problem in detail, and upload package photos, real commodity photos etc.. Once BuyAnySee received your application, we will reply you as soon as possible with solutions (including but not limited to refund the cost, returns, etc.).
5.What are the customs risks?
1.Risk Related
For products purchased on BuyAnySee, the system will issue a risk alert for your products when submitting an order and verifying it. After the goods are sent to our warehouse, our company will recommend a low-risk logistics route for you based on the product attributes and transportation experience.
Reminder: For some commodities, there will be certain customs risks inevitably (such as a small chance of parcel returns, fines, taxes, etc.), and the risks will be borne by recipients, please kindly understand.
2.Declaration Related
For the products purchased on BuyAnySee, please refer to Reference of Tariff Threshold and transportation experience, and make a reasonable declaration (users can choose Personalized Declare or System Declare when submitting the parcel).
Reminder: The probability of parcels being taxed depends on the frequency of customs inspection and will be affected by the customs policy. For details, please refer to "Reference of Tariff Threshold". You will be responsible for customs-related risks (such as parcel returns, fines and taxes, etc.), please kindly understand.
In addition, if your product is heavy or the value of the product is high, it will increase the probability of random inspection by the customs. It is recommended that you try to avoid the situation that the parcel is too heavy or the quantity of similar products is too large.
6.what is international parcel return?
If your parcel has been sent abroad, but it is returned because of the " unqualified international security ", "no sign" , "address unknown", "out for deliver" and other reasons , you are responsible for redelivery fee.
7.What is domestic parcel return?
If your parcel is returned because of the not qualified domestic security, we will contact you to confirm, and we will send it again for free.
